About the iam Diploma in Administrative Management
This qualification is for those who wish to develop their understanding of business generally and management in particular. It enables a systematic and fresh approach to organisational and information management Most importantly it will improve your management skills and provide an excellent stand-alone qualification whilst also being part of a progression route, providing a recognised entry point and acceptance to further study.
Our successful Diploma students are in demand from employers in a range of very diverse organisations, and it is agreed that the iam Diploma in Administrative Management is designed to cover the central pivots of Management which relate across the board especially fitting to the now acceptably recognised function of Administration.

These students frequently gain promotions and return to study for the Advanced Diploma in Administrative Management, with the employers' support.
The iam Diploma is a 4th level qualification and it opens doors to the Advanced Diploma and onwards to the BA Hons degree. Note that whilst the above units related to the Diploma are designed to build into a coherent whole and integrated Diploma qualification, Kudos Training is able to offer individual units or specific sections related to the particular needs of a student's employer. This may provide a useful, affordable and time-saving option for employers and today's busy administrators. Please ask for details.
Assessment
The units are assessed by a three hour unseen written paper comprising two sections A and B. Section A has eight compulsory short answer questions designed to test candidates' knowledge and understanding of concepts and terminology. Section B has a choice of two questions from four designed to assess the candidate's appreciation of the unit. A question will be set from each of the area Learning Syllabus. The project report is assessed through a 3,000 - 4,000 word report to a senior manager. As an established Accredited Centre Kudos Training also provides our peaceful premises as an excellent examination centre and study centre.
Progression
Completion of the Diploma leads to the Advanced Diploma in Administrative Management. Successful completion of the Diploma entitles students to become associate members of the iam.
Entry Criteria
The Diploma is open to anyone who has at least 2 years previous experience or relevant Certificate level qualifications from the iam or other bodies. The Diploma can normally be completed in 1 to 2 years, depending on the time individuals have available.
